The Most Important News Story ... Ever

by Brian
Via Movie Marketing Madness, comes an AP story that shows all too well that snakes on a plane isn't just something you find in the movies.

Watch out, people. I had thought that reptile discontent was limited to alligators in Florida, but it's now clear that all reptiles are joining together in a revolution against their human oppressors. I, for one, think that it's about time, and I welcome our new reptilian overlords.

This reminds me of the movie Frogs. Anyone else see that? It is circa 1970 and starred a slumming Ray Milland and an up-and-coming Sam Elliott. A family of rich twits live on an island somewhere in the South and are ecologically damaging the local fauna. So the fauna strike back. Each member of the family is killed by a certain species--spiders, leeches, snapping turtles, and of course, frogs. A very entertaining bad film.

Yes, I believe the frogs whacked Ray Milland, who was a wheelchair-bound old man. Just of kind of hopped on him until he had a heart attack.
